Soothsayer

Releasing their first deeply emotive EP ‘Lost” in 2020, this progressive metalcore band formed in 2019. Based out of Abilene, Texas Soothsayer quickly was on the rise to becoming a household name. With consistent music releases their audience grew year after year. While opening for national acts like Gideon and Silent Planet, the band released their visceral album, “Identity”. Featuring other local artists on the album, this record received a ton of love from the community.

After the release of Identity in 2022, Soothsayer has since released five singles and have recorded multiple music videos with Rek Media Co. and have even been featured on BVTV Music and Spaceuntravel on Youtube. This has led to the band having 146,000 streams for all releases across all platforms. 

After getting to experience Soothsayer live as early as 2021 and booking them several times during 2025, I've seen first hand the crowd to band engagement. With an extremely powerful stage presence and an impassioned sound, it’s hard not to dive head first into their discography and become a fan. There is something profoundly resonating with the music Soothsayer creates and it has truly been cathartic watching them become a staple in West Texas.
